The Italian apartment, located in the middle of the house on the ground floor, has two double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with (rainfall) shower, and a toilet.

The bedrooms are about 20 square meters and have a double bed, bedside tables, and armchairs. The windows faces the church.
